Returns.
If you need to start a return, contact BORN COMMON first. General support goes through enquiries@borncommon.co.uk. Returns requests are routed directly to our returns team for review and handling.
Returns window
For standard eligible items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once return instructions are issued, the item should then be sent back within a further 14 days.
Condition of goods
Items should be returned clean, unworn beyond reasonable inspection, and with original packaging where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Made-to-order and personalised items
Made-to-order goods are not automatically excluded from cancellation rights. However, goods made to an individual specification or clearly personalised may be non-returnable except where faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can sort it properly.
